Bettina Malinowski

Biography

Bettina Malinowski has been working as a freelance artist since the early 90s and works in her studio in the midst of the Auenland of Schleswig-Holstein.

Member of the BBK- SH, Professional Association of Visual Artists, Schleswig-Holstein.

Her sculptures and vessels are created in parallel with painting, glazed or hand-painted to match, they form a unit and complement each other.

In her artworks, she mostly works abstractly, although there are also cycles on figurative themes. She is often guided by inner images and thoughts through the painting process after meditation, to make the unconscious visible. This can result in meditatively seeming color spaces or energetically charged compositions.
