About the artwork

This work creates a magical depth effect. In the background, parts of a landscape can be guessed far away against a bright horizon and cloudy sky. In the foreground, however, the landscape is very dark, rough, and in motion. Like waves on the water, the white-blue brushstrokes give the painting its dynamic touch and lively expression. The sides of the canvas were involved in the painting process, so that the motif extends beyond the edge. As a result, the painting can be hung directly without further framing. Two sawtooth hangers are attached to the back. The artist uses only high-quality professional artist paint. In addition, the painting is provided with a silk gloss final varnish to protect it against environmental influences. The artist's signature is on the back.
